Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in logistics, marketing, or sales
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Problem-solving and computer skills.
• Data manipulation skills via Excel, Access, and other system tools or applications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter new purchase orders for direct shipment and the manufacturing/AWT locations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding the status of purchase orders.
• Resolve discrepancies such as quantity, order multiples, pricing, or PID issues.
• Direct ship purchase order maintenance, including canceling, adjusting, and resending purchase orders to our suppliers as necessary.
• Address CRM Activities and also create and assign activities.
• Use Microsoft Office, Access, Navision, CRM, and the SRRS Report Server.
