Embark on your journey as a Full‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you will take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry‑leading vending program. This dynamic local route services customer needs daily through deliveries, replenishments and equipment maintenance.

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interact with customers while making deliveries
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located and a clean driving record to use a company vehicle
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer‑service oriented
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate Fastenal’s core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25‑50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam only)

• Previous customer service or industry‑related work experience
