CDL-A Local Driver​/Forklift Operator qualified

CDL-A Local Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time, $31.74/hr

Deliver and pick up cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center. Load and unload trailers as a dock worker, use forklift as needed. Schedule varies by terminal location.

• Exercise independent judgment regarding building and tearing down trailers, ensuring resource efficiency and compliance with weight distribution laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Operate a forklift.
• Check‑in, tractor/trailer inspection, tractor set up, and pickup and delivery of cargo.
• Complete routine paperwork, properly log loading sheets.

Education:

• High School Diploma / GED

• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (less than 1 year may be eligible for training).

• Class‑A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazardous materials endorsements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Good stable work record.
• Safe driving record (MVR and previous employment).
• Pass DOT pre‑employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
• Shift days and hours may include days, nights, weekends; ability to work required hours is a minimum requirement.

• Teamster Union Scale wages, overtime pay after 8 hours/day.
