Maintenance Technician

• Demonstrate the knowledge and understanding basic maintenance and repair techniques;
  Wall Repair/Patching, Light Plumbing and Electrical, Painting.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Ensure third party vendor contracts are completed satisfactorily.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the residential/commercial properties;
  Will include some light janitorial responsibilities.

• Must have a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Own and provide basic carpentry tools.
• Knowledge of appliances preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Proficient in basic maintenance issues and repairs.
• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or residential/commercial construction or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED.

• Must be able to travel to off-site assignments as required.
• Available to work overtime and after normal working hours for service calls.
• Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
