** Asphalt Roofing Crewman**# Asphalt Roofing Crewman Western Products is seeking an Asphalt Roofing Crewman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and removal of asphalt shingle roofing systems. This position requires physical labor, teamwork, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently under the direction of a foreman.###

* Assist with tear-off and removal of existing roofing materials
* Install asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation components
* Load, carry, and distribute roofing materials and tools
* Maintain a clean and organized jobsite during and after work
* Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
* Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
* Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
* Protect customer property, landscaping, and structures
* Report safety concerns, material shortages, or jobsite issues to the foreman###
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Previous roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required
* Willingness to learn asphalt roofing techniques and procedures
* Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
* Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 pounds)
* Reliable transportation to jobsites or to company shop
* Strong work ethic and punctuality###
