Job Title: Field Service Technician

Pay Range: $30.00-$40.00/hour DOE

We're seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to be based out of our Fargo location and serve the greater Fargo area. You'll perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy‑duty diesel trucks and trailers—no more being tied to the shop bench.

• Responsible for repairing, maintaining diesel engines and diesel components used in various vehicles and diesel equipment.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex diesel engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
• Perform quality control work to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
• Meet requirements for certifications.

• Valid driver's license (bonus compensation for CDL holders).
• Must possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and be reliable.
• Must possess an excellent understanding of Detroit Diesel engines through the current GHG
  17 product.
• Experience with other diesel engine platforms such as Cummins, CAT, and International is a plus.
• Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: hydraulics, brakes & suspension, manual transmissions, drive train, and automatic transmissions.
• Physical ability to lift and work without restrictions.
• Technical degree or certification a plus.
