We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, rooftop units, boilers, and ventilation systems.
• Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and inventory of tools and parts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service, with exposure to both residential and commercial systems.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environments.

• Familiarity with HVAC service software or mobile dispatch systems.
