The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional with hands‑on expertise in all aspects of residential maintenance repair and service. As a member of our team, you will help ensure our properties remain in top‑notch condition, maintaining high standards of customer service and support that Enclave is known for.

Various multifamily (apartments) properties across the Fargo – Moorhead area - Work Environment:
On‑Site - Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard hours with a rotating on‑call schedule every 8–12 weeks (hourly pay and bonus eligible for on‑call hours) - Work Type:
Full Time (40 hours/week) - Special Considerations:

- Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to prevent breakdowns. Lubricate, clean, and adjust machines as necessary. Replace worn or damaged parts to avoid failure. - Repairs and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment and systems. Coordinate with vendors for complex issues. - Equipment Installation and Setup:
Install new machinery, equipment, or systems per specifications and safety guidelines. Test equipment post‑installation to ensure proper functioning. - Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and regulations. Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols. Use proper tools and equipment to minimize hazards. - Documentation and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and inspections. Report issues and inventory needs to supervisors. - Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to improve equipment reliability. Provide technical support to other departments and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Prior experience in property, factory, hotel maintenance, or a related trade such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, or concrete preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree preferred - Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Hours of relevant experience: 2+ years in property maintenance or related trade
- High school diploma or equivalent;
