As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help unlock your full potential and drive sales success within one of our retail stores. Expect to:

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base via outbound calls and text messages to existing Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage the community off‑site at Verizon‑sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! Base pay is $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $16,000 a year in commissions. Top performers can earn over $65,000 annually.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts for increased income.

Desired:

• Experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
