Job Summary
The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team at Allstar Services Fargo. This role ensures accurate data management, handles inbound communications, supports marketing initiatives, and maintains CRM systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Phone & Customer Support- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls
- Answer customer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Provide basic customer support and gather information
- Maintain call logs and report call trends
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate social media posts and content calendars
- Prepare marketing materials (emails, brochures, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
- Support lead generation efforts
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or Canva is a plus
- Prepare sales reports and organize sales meetings
- Maintain contracts, proposals, and sales documentation
- Update and maintain CRM system data accuracy
- Assist with system updates and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor sales pipelines and assist with forecasting
- Enter and track leads from website, events, and inbound calls
- Qualify and assign leads to sales representatives
- Maintain database accuracy and perform regular cleanup
- Track lead conversion rates and generate reports
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, marketing, or a related role OR a degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field (candidates with either experience or education are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary up to $65,000 plus bonuses
