Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are a growing local company specializing in high-quality permanent outdoor lighting for residential homes in the Fargo area. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales Representative to help homeowners enhance their properties with year-round lighting solutions.

This is a field-based position where you will meet homeowners face-to-face, present our lighting systems, and close deals.

• Meet with homeowners in Fargo and surrounding areas
• Set appointments & Generate leads referrals.
• Conduct in-home consultations and explain our lighting solutions
• Provide quotes and close sales
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends
