Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Position is located in Cincinnati – paid relocation provided. Total Quality Logistics (TQL) offers high earning potential with uncapped commission, a comprehensive training program, and opportunities for national relocation after the first year.

Base pay: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (adjusted for experience). Includes sign‑on bonus, housing allowance, and housing assistance.

Commission:
Uncapped, with average sales representatives achieving six‑figure income within three years.

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs, sourcing carriers and managing daily operations
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation and prospecting skills through cold calling and outreach
• Build and manage a book of business to meet sales metrics
• Establish relationships, close new customers, and negotiate pricing
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
