You’ll be the voice of Primus, turning inquiries into partnerships and opportunities into revenue. Your day might include:
- Fielding inbound calls and emails with energy and expertise
- Writing accurate quotes, processing orders, and ensuring seamless fulfillment
- Preparing project bids and customizing proposals to client needs
- Troubleshooting client concerns and coordinating with internal teams for swift resolution
- Maintaining organized sales pipelines, reports, and CRM data
- Collaborating with marketing and account teams to align on client goals
- Staying ahead of industry trends through vendor updates, webinars, and training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries
- Generate and follow up on quotations with a focus on conversion
- Enter orders accurately and coordinate timely delivery of services
- Provide proactive customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value
- Resolve billing, service, or delivery issues
- Contribute ideas on pricing, promotions, and service enhancements
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional trade events
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone/email
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or sales
- Technical aptitude for discussing products
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- A growth mindset and passion for helping clients succeed
- Active listening skills to uncover needs and propose solutions
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales cycle
- Collaborative spirit—team wins matter as much as individual ones
Work Environment Requirements
- Primarily desk-based with extensive phone and computer use
- Occasional lifting of marketing materials or trade show supplies (up to 25 lbs)
- Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and talking
