Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
