Greet and assist customers in finding products and deliver outstanding customer service; promote company products and services;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion; pack orders per packaging requirements;
Research order shortages/overages and perform shipment check-in; manage stock area and process order deliveries and returns;
Collaborate with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store inventory; participate in annual inventory process;
Meet established performance standards including Omnichannel, customer service, price/profit, productivity, and attendance
