Sales Catalog & Pricing Specialist; B2B​/Retail

Good Bulb – American Light Bulb Manufacturing Company. Good Bulb is a Christian-owned, mission-driven American lighting company. We design and sell professional-grade lighting products while supporting life-changing initiatives in America and around the world. Our company is guided by integrity, stewardship, and excellence. We are preparing sales materials for distributors and national retail buyers (including big-box retail) and are looking to professionalize our sales catalog and pricing materials.

We are hiring a Sales Catalog & Pricing Specialist to build and maintain professional, buyer-ready PDF sales catalogs and price lists
.

This is not a social media or branding role
. This role focuses on clarity, accuracy, structure, and usability for B2B buyers, distributors, and retail merchants.

You will work directly with the founder and sales leadership.

• Rebuild and professionalize our Sales Catalog (PDF + print-ready)
• Create clean, accurate Price Lists (PDF + Excel)
• Organize and present product data clearly:
• SKUs
• Pack sizes
• Watts, lumens, kelvin
• Dimming, warranty, MAP
• Improve scanability and buyer usability
• Maintain version control and data accuracy
• Prepare retail-ready and distributor-ready variations
• Make fast, correct updates as pricing or products change

• Experience creating B2B sales catalogs, line sheets, or price lists
• Extremely high attention to detail (pricing & SKUs must be accurate)
• Strong written English (business level)
• Comfortable with tables and data-heavy layouts
• Ability to think like a sales rep or retail buyer
• Proficiency with professional layout tools
• In the original: (InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent — Canva alone is not sufficient) → text retained, removed tag
• Ability to explain why you structured documents a certain way

• Experience with retail, hardware, electrical, or commercial products
• Experience supporting sales teams or distributors
• Exposure to big-box retail or national accounts

• Start hourly
  : $20–$30/hour
• 15–25 hours/week initially
• Opportunity to move to a monthly retainer ($1,500–$2,500+) after trust is established
