Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer fulfills merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays. • Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to guarantee efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self‑motivated, positive, and professional with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
  
  Capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Moorhead, MN (secondary locations: Fargo, ND).
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday–Saturday, Start Time 06:00 AM–07:00 AM.
