Job DescriptionThe Brand Representative is the face of Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. You provide outstanding customer service, create a welcoming store environment, and drive sales. You are outgoing, stylish, and help customers find the right apparel.
What You’ll Do- Deliver exceptional customer experience by anticipating and responding to needs.
- Present the store with a polished, on‑floor layout.
- Communicate with customers in a genuine, articulate way.
- Protect inventory and help reduce shrinkage.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
