Brand Ambassador – Part‑time

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, you love the products, are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, and represent our company values while bringing your real self to work every day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AEO & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• Assist your team with teamwork and getting the job done.
• Adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures with integrity.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• Minimum age 16 years.
