Job Description Slim Chickens in Minot is hiring a reliable and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to grow into restaurant leadership and contribute to a positive, guest‑focused culture.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Operating Partner and management team in overseeing daily restaurant functions
- Help recruit, train, and guide team members to deliver excellent service
- Respond to guest feedback and ensure a welcoming, professional dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and support financial reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Flexible scheduling with up to 50 hours per week and overtime available
