Job Description: The responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to meet customer service guidelines and direct the activities of employees, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, handle administrative and accounting duties, schedule, train and develop employees. As a Restaurant Manager you are expected to lead by example and create a welcoming and professional environment for our personnel and guests. The Restaurant Manager will work together with the General Manager to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and company policies and procedures are met, as well as, restaurant goals.
