Job Location and Salary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND
. The position offers a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year
.

The Food Production Manager will oversee a team of frontline employees, inventory, menu development, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in kitchen management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.

What You'll Do
  • Help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
  • Procurement and purchasing
  • Create menus based on client needs
  • Develop interpersonal relationships with clients

  • Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, and mall food courts
