Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND
. The position offers a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year
.
The Food Production Manager will oversee a team of frontline employees, inventory, menu development, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in kitchen management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.
What You'll Do- Help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital
- Supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
- Procurement and purchasing
- Create menus based on client needs
- Develop interpersonal relationships with clients

Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum Education Requirement:
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience - Minimum Management
Experience:
2 Years - Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, and mall food courts
