24.00. Department details:
This position works within our CV Diagnostics departments using medication and equipment to test the heart as well as performing echos and ultrasounds. Hours fall between 7:30a-4:30pm Monday-Friday with call rotation about one weekend every other month.

Candidates with ICU, ER or cardiac experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure in an NLC state. Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
