• Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and provide medical treatments as needed
• Monitor clients' health conditions and progress
• Provide support and education to clients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
