Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity. Core responsibilities include managing workflows, supervising teams, coordinating production schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and closely collaborating with other departments to meet company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fargo, ND.

• Experience in operations management, production oversight, and supply chain logistics
• Proficiency in team leadership, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage workflows and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards, quality assurance practices, and compliance protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams
• Previous experience in the manufacturing, 3D printing, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
