A paving company in Fargo is seeking an experienced Assistant Asphalt Plant Operator for the 2026 season. The position is full-time and seasonal, running approximately from April to November. Responsibilities include assisting in the daily operations of a hot-mix asphalt plant, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety policies are met. Candidates must have at least two years of maintenance experience in asphalt production and good mechanical skills.

The wage range is $27.65-$34.00 per hour plus fringe benefits.
