Job Description
Join our team as an Electrical Panel Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in building and assembling electrical panels and components. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing company that values quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Assemble electrical panels and components according to drawings and work instructions.
- Wire control panels, terminal blocks, switches, relays, and other electrical components.
- Perform basic soldering of boards and components, with training provided if necessary.
- Read and follow electrical schematics and assembly prints, or learn to do so.
- Use hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies.
- Test completed panels and components for quality and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate closely with shop and production teams to meet build schedules.

Skills & Qualifications
- Interest in electrical work, panel building, or component assembly.
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude, through education or hands‑on experience.
- Willingness to learn soldering and electrical assembly techniques.
- Ability to read instructions, diagrams, or schematics, or a readiness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working with hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 8am–5pm shift.

Work EnvironmentWork in a shop environment where you will be either standing on your feet or sitting at a workbench. The role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8am to 5pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
