CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing parts used in agricultural and transportation products. You will work with blueprints to set up and adjust programs on CNC mills and lathes. Our facility is equipped with a variety of machine brands, and you will perform basic setups during part changeovers, as well as load and unload materials while making necessary machine adjustments.

• Manufacture parts for agricultural and transportation products.
• Set up and adjust CNC mills and lathes using blueprints.
• Perform basic setups during part changeovers.
• Load and unload materials and adjust machines as necessary.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with CNC machine setup, including downloading programs, offsets, and tool changes.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines (mill or lathe).

• Capability to reach and interpret blueprints is a significant advantage.

Our recently expanded facility hosts approximately 40 employees across all shifts. You will have the option to work Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with an additional half-day on Friday from 6 AM to 12 PM. The work environment is welcoming and designed to facilitate productivity and comfort.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, ND.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in WEST FARGO, ND.
