Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of hand and power tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently to meet approved specifications.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assist in the assembly process.

• Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred.

• Strong mechanical knowledge required.

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.

• Must be able to stand on feet for 8-10 hours each day.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The company is small but growing, offering a work hard, play hard environment. There are opportunities to engage in fun hobby work on cars, mowers, and more.

You will be working in a shop setting from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Work may be dirty at times, so be prepared for a hands‑on environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo,ND.
