• Prepare, set up, and calibrate CNC machines to launch production runs.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications before each job.
• Continuously monitor operations to uphold quality and throughput.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize processes.
• Document production details, including machine settings and results.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining-related technical training is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist or setup technician.
• Deep understanding of CNC processes, tooling, and setup best practices.
• Fluency in reading technical documents and blueprints.
• Competence with precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Excellent troubleshooting, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
