Overview
Superintendent — Mission‑Critical (Field Leadership)
Position Summary:
Lead field execution on a large‑scale, hyperscale data center program. Oversee safety, logistics, sequencing, and productivity while developing multiple field leaders and driving Lean performance.
- Plan the work:
Build site logistics, safety plans, and phased execution strategies; align short‑interval planning with the critical path. - Run daily operations:
Lead huddles, weekly work plans, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination; maintain drawings and inspection records. - Own the schedule:
Develop and adjust field sequencing, remove constraints, and facilitate pull‑planning. - Drive quality:
Execute QC processes, manage inspections and punchlist, and ensure smooth commissioning and turnover. - Manage costs:
Track labor, materials, and equipment; support cost projections and protect margin through productivity. - Build people & culture:
Mentor superintendents/assistants/foremen and champion safety and OSHA compliance.
- 5+ years of field leadership on large, complex projects.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Demonstrated Lean/continuous improvement experience.
- Two‑ or four‑year construction degree; OSHA‑30 and CPR/First Aid.
- Experience managing labor across multiple projects; strong communication skills.
This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
