- Champion a proactive safety culture through data‑driven reviews and visible leadership.

- Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution efforts to address operational challenges.

- Coach and mentor leadership teams to elevate performance and accountability.
- Support employee well‑being and motivation using proven engagement strategies.
- Translate operational metrics into financial outcomes using sound accounting principles.
- Identify cost‑saving and productivity‑enhancing opportunities.
- Develop capital investment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with cross‑functional leaders and key suppliers.
- Represent Marvin in community partnerships and nonprofit initiatives.
- Navigate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.
- A bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred); MBA is a plus.
- Minimum five‑year’s experience as a leader in a manufacturing facility with 400+ employees with responsibility for manufacturing, materials, safety, engineering and continuous improvement is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high‑performing talent.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational metrics to business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions.
- Comfort leading through change with transparency, empathy, and resilience.
