• Apply Lean principles and agile planning to optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution efforts to address operational challenges.
• Align daily operations with long‑term strategic goals through leader standard work.

• Foster a culture of respect, responsiveness, and continuous learning.
• Coach and mentor leadership teams to elevate performance and accountability.
• Support employee well‑being and motivation using proven engagement strategies.

• Translate operational metrics into financial outcomes using sound accounting principles.
• Identify cost‑saving and productivity‑enhancing opportunities.
• Develop capital investment strategies aligned with business goals.

• Build strong relationships with cross‑functional leaders and key suppliers.
• Represent Marvin in community partnerships and nonprofit initiatives.
• Navigate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.

• A bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred); MBA is a plus.
• Minimum five‑year’s experience as a leader in a manufacturing facility with 400+ employees with responsibility for manufacturing, materials, safety, engineering and continuous improvement is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high‑performing talent.

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational metrics to business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions.
• Comfort leading through change with transparency, empathy, and resilience.
