* Schedule:

Thursday-Monday, 40hrs/week
* Shift: 4:00PM-12:30AM Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) * $18/hr

Job Duties:

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FLOOR CARE EXPERIENCE. This includes operation of a variety of floor cleaning equipment. Maintaining an outstanding appearance to the entire site by completing floor care and janitorial tasks. Floor techs must keep all floors looking pristine throughout the facility.
* Floor Care *

Stripping
* Buffing
* Waxing
* Sweeping/Mopping
* Vacuuming
* Carpet spot removal
* General Cleaning *

• Restroom cleaning
  * Office/breakroom/warehouse cleaning
  * Any additional requested cleaning
  * Stocking supply rooms
  * Special cleaning tasks Requirements:
  * Pass background check and drug screening
  * MUST have experience operating floor care equipment
  * Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  
  * Physical requirements:
  
  walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently.
  * Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working.
