Summit Siteworks is looking for foremen with a good work ethic, who can be self-motivated and have a desire to grow in all aspects of life.
Employment Requirements- Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and physical required by DOT
- Must have valid driver’s license that is acceptable to current insurer
- All employees are expected to arrive on the job site with no drugs or alcohol in their system
- Reliable transportation: ability to arrive on the job site by the given start time is a must
- Must clock into our electronic timecard system daily
- Must have hammer, tape, nail apron, steel toed boots, and rubber overshoes
- Must be knowledgeable in all concrete finishing techniques
- Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints
- Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
- Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner always
- Responsible for the crew efficiency
- Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner
- Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
- Lead by example
- Have good communication skills
- Have quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning
- Teach and mentor employees that they may grow in the company
