Mailroom Support I/Back Up Driver – Forum Communications Co.

Mailroom Support I/Back Up Driver at Forum Communications Co. based in Fargo, ND (and nearby locations). This full‑time 1st shift role (Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) supports mailroom operations and serves as an intermittent driver, filling in as business needs dictate.

• Place/stack bundled mail on pallets
• Operate electric floor jack
• Feed strapping, plastic wrap, and bottom wrap machines
• Assist in staging mailroom equipment before production runs
• Load various feed stations, and occasionally hand feed
• Palletize products as they run off the machines
• When acting as a fill‑in driver: deliver, load, and unload bulk mail to/from USPS, order and pick up necessary postal supplies

• Mechanical skills and computer knowledge preferred; not required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to safely drive / operate large box delivery truck
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
• Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company
• Familiarity with the Fargo‑Moorhead area is very helpful
• Understanding of current mailing standards is helpful, on‑job training provided

Expected $17–$19 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
