Salary Range: $78,000 - $119,000

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who will play a key role in delivering high-quality digital products by ensuring new features meet business and technical expectations. This role partners closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, execute comprehensive testing, and continuously improve quality assurance practices across multiple product teams.

This is an opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day testing execution and the evolution of QA processes, including automation and SDLC improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define clear, testable acceptance criteria for new features

* Plan, execute, and oversee functional and non-functional testing to ensure quality conformance across multiple products and teams

* Perform testing on websites, web applications, off-the-shelf products, and microservices

* Document QA activities, defects, and results using established reporting and tracking tools

* Identify opportunities for QA automation and provide recommendations for automated test cases

* Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and provide input on SDLC enhancements

* Test APIs and services using tools such as Postman and Swagger

* Stay current on QA tools, technologies, and best practices through ongoing learning

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Three (3) or more years of experience in an IT Quality Assurance role or a similar position is strongly preferred

* Solid understanding of quality assurance concepts, terminology, methodologies, and testing tools

* Exposure to test automation concepts and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks

* Experience using work management tools such as Azure Dev Ops and/or Jira to manage user stories, defects, and features

* Experience testing APIs and services using tools such as Postman and Swagger

* Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including common Agile ceremonies and practices
