Family Health Care is looking for a RN Homeless Health Case Manager to join our dynamic team. We are committed to helping the most vulnerable of our neighbors and believe everybody deserves high-quality care regardless of age, nationality or ability to pay.

Requirements- Current ND nursing license/certification required
- Current CPR certification
M-F, Full time - no nights, weekends, or holidays
Floating to other locations may be required
