Overview

Willow Health is a primary care clinic providing comprehensive medical services in North Fargo.

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our healthcare team for a per diem/PRN position with the possibility of full time in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with strong experience in primary care. The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing services, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to all regulatory standards.

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic is highly desirable. This role offers an opportunity to work in an independent family medicine setting with diverse clinical exposure including geriatrics, pediatrics, urgent care, and procedures.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA)
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Elation
• Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology
• Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and respond swiftly in emergency situations such as acute pain management or airway emergencies
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients of all ages—including children and neonatal units—and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA standards and infection control practices
