As the Office Supervisor, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, while maintaining full office compliance
• Schedule and manage care professionals for home care or staffing assignments, ensuring qualified personnel are assigned promptly
• Oversee all phases of recruitment, from posting and interviewing to onboarding and orienting new employees
• Supervise, evaluate, and actively manage paraprofessional field staff to optimize performance and hours worked
• Build strong relationships with clients and staff to meet needs effectively and drive satisfaction
• Business development in the community to grow and expand our footprint for home care
• Assist with personal cares for clients if emergent needs arise
• Works with company team toward office and business goals
• Maintains mature problem-solving approach under stressful circumstances
• Develop strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations, address issues promptly, and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm in our Fargo, ND office

• At least 1 year of home care experience
• At least 1 year of marketing or business development experience
• Ability to build relationships with local community partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills
• Experience in interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding employees
• Self starter, attention to detail, ability to work independently
• A personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
