Salary: $47,393.00 - $91,468.00

• Evaluate patients for chemical dependency history, documenting signs and symptoms, and the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual implications to formulate treatment recommendations.
• Communicate findings with other providers and insurance companies, and re‑evaluate patients to assess progress at each level of care.
• Develop treatment plans, solicit interdisciplinary feedback, implement feedback and the plan, and monitor adherence to short‑term goals.
• Provide group therapy and client‑education within the treatment plan, and facilitate individual or family therapy when ordered.
• Coordinate care with referral sources and other providers, including treatment and discharge planning, ensuring thorough, accurate, and timely documentation.
• Exercise professional duty to warn in cases of child or vulnerable adult protection.

• ND Licensure as an Addiction Counselor.
• Bachelor’s degree in addiction studies or a related field.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to remain calm, react quickly, and manage volatile or emergency situations while working effectively with a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and pleasant demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
