Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Delegate appropriate aspects of care to nursing team members based on licensure and scope of practice
• Ensure care delivery aligns with the mission and goals of Essentia Health and the facility
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and all federal, state, and local regulations
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and assist ambulance teams with patient care and safe transport

Job Requirements:

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS ) certifications within 1 year.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 2 years
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 years
