• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation products
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including potential overnight travel

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
