Speech Language Pathologist; SLP PRN

• Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate SLP rehabilitation plan.
• Help residents through tasks and monitor performance.
• Inform residents what to anticipate at different stages of recovery and how to handle each situation.
• Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
• Supervise the activities of CFYs when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting residents and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathologist program.
• Hold current and active SLP license or registration in state employed or CFY.
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
• Complete orientation required by company policy.
• Pass health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Become familiar with and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
• Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.
