Support Services Clerk

- Fargo is currently looking for a part time Supply Clerk to work 40 hours per pay period. The hours are 7:00a-11a, Monday-Friday.

The Supply Clerk maintains proper inventory levels by managing inventory systems, provides supplies and equipment efficiently to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained, may assist with the decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and dispensing of instruments, equipment, and solutions following established procedures determined by Eventide, and provides support for Central Supply and Laundry/Housekeeping.

• Must have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have basic computer experience; experience with inventory systems preferred

• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure various departments are properly charged with supplies they have received for cost all location purposes and generate reports regarding supply use by department.
• Fill and deliver requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for stocking all nursing, nutrition, and office supplies.
• Assure that supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
• Check invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc., with incoming merchandise and notify appropriate department when special orders arrive.
• Ensure inventory is updated as required when receiving and issuing supplies and equipment.
• Organize and clean storage in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide support for Central Supply, Housekeeping, Laundry and Floor Care.
• Clean and sanitize some resident care equipment.
• In charge of all supply operations when director is not on site.
