With roots dating back to 1906, Bravera is comprised of Bravera Bank, Bravera Insurance, and Bravera Wealth, all operating under our holding company, Bravera Holdings Corp. This structure gives us a unique ability to offer clients a fully integrated and comprehensive financial services experience. Today, our three Bravera entities span 37 locations across 27 communities in North Dakota, Montana, and Minnesota.

As an employee- and director-owned company, we offer a unique employment experience. We are seeking a team of talented professionals to join our growing Bravera Wealth team. These key roles will support our mission by administering wealth management accounts in the following areas — Personal Trust, Employee Benefit Plans, and Brokerage and Investment advisory services — while also helping to develop new business opportunities.

Our team members are expected to uphold the highest standards of trust, integrity, and fiduciary responsibility. They must demonstrate strong knowledge of fiduciary principles, account administration, business development, and collaborative organizational involvement.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of trust laws, estate planning, financial markets, and ERISA standards
• Exceptional communication skills
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CTFA, CRPP, FINRA Series 7, 66 or equivalent securities licenses
• For select positions, prior leadership or management experience is desired.
