• Fargo, ND
• Minot, ND
• Sioux Falls, SD

• Flexible 6‑hour shift between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm with a lunch break.
• Internship Duration:
  May – August (preferred timeframe).

• Assist with mortgage operational functions, including disclosures, processing, closing, or post‑closing tasks depending on location.
• Support workflow efficiency during the summer home‑buying peak by helping maintain turnaround times and service quality.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and follow established processes and procedures.
• Learn and apply mortgage‑related compliance and documentation standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and uphold company values.

• A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program. Business, Communications, or other applicable fields of study preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Professional communication skills—written and verbal.
• Interest in financial services, mortgage lending, or operational support roles.
• Ability to work a 6‑hour shift between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday, throughout the internship period (May – August).
