As Indigo Signs enters its next phase of growth, backed by private equity, and poised for continued operational transformation, we are seeking a hands‑on, performance‑driven Chief Financial Officer to elevate financial visibility, build scalable infrastructure, and drive disciplined value creation.

The Opportunity

The CFO at Indigo Signs is not a back‑office executive—this is a strategic, operational, and highly visible leadership role. If you thrive in an environment where you can roll up your sleeves in plant‑level costing one moment and present investor‑grade financial narratives the next, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities 1. Private Equity Partnership & Value Creation
  • Serve as the primary financial liaison to PE sponsors
  • Execute the value‑creation plan alongside the CEO/President
  • Drive EBITDA expansion through margin and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Develop bi‑monthly investor reporting packages
2. Board & Investor Communications
