This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Financial Services Professional, based in Fargo, ND, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements.

Foster strong client relationships with their property, casualty, and life insurance needs. Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions that align with their financial goals.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact, educate, and build trust with clients
• Understanding of financial services to ensure informed and relevant recommendations
• Customer service orientation with a focus on fostering long‑term client relationships
• Licensing in relevant financial sectors (e.g., insurance) is an asset or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment consisting of both in‑office and remote tasks
