Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications
  • Reviews loan documentation, modification, satisfaction and maintenance requests for completeness and compliance.
  • Processes all consumer, agricultural and commercial loan documentation packages, loan modifications, and mortgage satisfactions for the bank.
  • Ensures loan documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
  • Effectively communicates with the loan team to coordinate delivery of loan documentation packages for loan closings.
  • Reviews closed loan documentation packages for completeness and accuracy.
  • Boards new loans and loan modifications to the core system.
  • Performs loan maintenance updates to existing loans on the core system.
  • Serves as a loan documentation resource to other bank staff.
  • Prepares the monthly Loan Summary report for the Executive Loan Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Complies with applicable banking and insurance laws and regulations.
  • Position requires an associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of related experience or training preferred.
  • Incumbent should be familiar with loan documentation requirements and possess analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
