This full-time civil engineer position works Monday–Thursday (four 10-hour days).

While working with our Civil Engineering Summer Internship, you'll get hands‑on exposure to real engineering projects - verifying material quantities, inspecting construction materials, and sampling asphalt and aggregates for testing. You'll handle field measurements, perform calculations, review reports, and document project data. Out in the field, you'll work with your crew on staking, surveying, and even assist with small project management tasks.

We're looking for an engineer who meets these requirements:

• High school diploma and completion of at least one year in Surveying, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction curriculum

• 1+ year of surveying or highway construction experience (may be substituted)

Preferred:

• 1+ year completed of a 4-year Civil Engineering or Construction Management program

• 1+ year completed of a 2-year Surveying or Construction Tech program, with familiarity in construction testing procedures
